2. Our services

MyOffices.cc provides custom website redesign services for local businesses. Our services include:

• Free demo — we build a prototype of your redesigned website at no charge
• Website files — upon payment, we deliver the complete HTML/CSS/JS source files
• Installation add-on — we publish the site to your domain and handle DNS configuration
• SEO setup add-on — meta tags, Google Search Console, and sitemap configuration

3. Free demo

The demo we provide is a good-faith effort to demonstrate what your redesigned website could look like. It is provided free of charge with no obligation to purchase. The demo may contain placeholder content that would be refined upon purchase.

4. Payment and delivery

• All payments are one-time and non-subscription
• Payment is processed via Stripe and is due before file delivery
• We deliver source files within 2 business days of confirmed payment
• Installation add-on is completed within 3 business days of payment

5. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the delivered files, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will work with you to revise the design. If we cannot reach a resolution, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the delivered website files. You may use, modify, host, and resell the files without restriction. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. What we do not provide

• Web hosting (we can recommend services but do not host sites ourselves)
• Domain registration
• Ongoing maintenance or updates (unless separately agreed)
• Backend functionality, databases, or e-commerce platforms

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Unsolicited outreach

We may contact businesses by email to present a free redesign demo. This outreach is commercial in nature and complies with the CAN-SPAM Act. Every email includes an unsubscribe mechanism. We will honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before resorting to formal proceedings.
